Hello Dedicated Reader,
I hope you still enjoy receiving the Guelph Politico Tip Sheet, but I hope you will enjoy it just as much on different days of the week.
Allow me to explain. With the return to in-person council meetings, and some other scheduling pressures on certain nights of the week, it makes sense to take some of that pressure off by shuffling the newsletter schedule. That way, there’s a little bit more wiggle room in putting together the newsletter instead of typing briskly under a deadline (sometimes) late into the wee small hours.
So starting next week, the newsletter will hit your inbox at 9 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will also have an effect on what you find in the newsletter on any given day, so for your information, I’ve outlined below what topics will be covered each of the three newsletters.
As usual, every newsletter will include the news section, “worth noting”, the COVID stats, and the popular “last word” gag. As for the other features…
MONDAY - Podcast preview, and “Save the Date” event listings.
WEDNESDAY - Council recap, and the second podcast preview.
FRIDAY - The “City Pages” update and the upcoming council meeting dates.
I hope this is clear, and if it’s not, you will see the new schedule in practice starting on Monday April 4. Thank you for reading, and thank you for subscribing to the Tip Sheet.

Sounds like a good plan, Adam.
Enjoy reading your publication.
